I irrevocably grant Whitney Museum of American Art (Whitney), and their successors, agents, and assigns the right to use my name, picture or other likeness, biographic data, writings, and any graphic materials, in whole or in part, for advertising, promotion, and publicizing worldwide, in perpetuity, in all media known and yet to be known. They may also copyright any such use. I release Whitney and agents from all claims, damages, or liability, including compensatory, punitive, consequential and incidental, and attorney fees, arising from or in connection with the use of my provided materials. I warrant that I am at least 18 years old (or a parent/ guardian if not) and that this agreement does not conflict with any prior obligations. I also confirm I have the right to enter into this agreement without infringing on any third-party rights. This agreement imposes no obligation on the parties to use the granted rights. It represents the entire understanding between us, superseding prior agreements, and may only be modified in writing. This agreement is governed by New York law, without reference to its conflict of laws rules. By providing this submission I give the Whitney permission to contact me via email.
